Deep knowledge of design-thinking methods, user-involvement, design and execution of research and the analysis that leads to actionable insights. Constantly looking to improve and develop existing tools to understand people; their needs and behaviour better. As a creative with extensive business experience, I build bridges between the tangible and intangible. I’m a generalist by nature and a trained serial specialist. I see the big picture and the details that make the difference. I bring energy and passion to the table, believing that to be relevant in the future, you have to create meaningful propositions, have clear purpose and contribute to the greater good.
